A synthetic presenter can reduce production time, but a convincing render is only one approval dimension. Begin with documented rights to the face, voice, script, brand, and distribution territory.
In Topview Avatar 4 or any alternative avatar tool, generate a short pronunciation test first. Review names, technical terms, emotional emphasis, blinking, eye line, hand movement, and lip synchronization before committing credits to a long script.
Then audit truthfulness. The presenter must not imply personal experience, certification, or product results that are not supported. Add disclosures when law, platform policy, or audience expectation calls for them.
Finally, export platform-specific versions and inspect captions inside mobile safe zones. Keep the original script, consent record, settings, and approved file together for future localization.
